Documents to be submitted for the recognition procedure: 

• Completely filled in and signed application form (not required when  applying digitally on portal Recognition in Germany)  

• Colour copy: Foreign professional training graduation certificate including list of subjects in original language and German translation by public appointed or sworn interpreter or translator

• Colour copy: Certificates of relevant professional experience (e.g. job reference letter, employee's record book, insirance records of employment history) in original language and German translation by public appointed or sworn interpreter or translator

• Colour copy: Other records of qualification (e.g. courses, retraining, further professional training) in original language and German translation by public appointed or sworn interpreter or translator

• Colour copy: Proof of identity (e.g. national identity card, passport, change of name) 

• Curriculum vitae 

• Declaration of intention to work in Germany 

• Copy: Description of contents of the professional training (in particular framework curriculum/syllabus)
